​Some of us like to get a little more into the technical part of a Pinewood derby than others.  For those, we present, the actual track lane measurements.  

Cars with wheels that are at least 1.6250 in. apart and less than 5 in. tall will run on the Pinewood Nuts track.

​David has been following his passion for Pinewood Derbies since 2005.  He founded Pinewood Nuts to improve the opportunity for all Cub Scouts to experience the personal growth, fun, and bonding that Pinewood inspires. 

​David and Kearstin are both former Cub and Boy Scout leaders and enjoy continuing to serve the scouting community.
